DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I really hope that you will love your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date received for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important:
• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email birdsofmila@gmail.com or the Contact us page with your order number before returning your item.
• Buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
• Items must be returned/exchanged with original packaging and in original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
